All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged. Descriptions include equipment suggestions. All formats can be modified based individual situations and limited access to equipment. Classes are 45 minutes in length unless otherwise specified.

barre
Light weights + high repetition work to bring your muscles to exhaustion without impact. Variations include booty barre (glutes focused) and HIIT barre (barre plus cardio). Suggested equipment:
Mat
Light weights (1- 5 lb dumbbell sets)
Resistance band
Mini band
Ball (9 inch)
circuits
Heavier weights + timed maximum reps with metabolic intervals to provide an effective strength and cardio workout. All work can be modified to no impact. If you do not have heavy weights, your reps will be higher. Suggested equipment:
Tennis shoes
Mat
Heavier weights (5 - 20+ lb dumbbell sets)
Resistance band
Mini band

Equipment Alternatives:
1lb = bottled water or can of soup
2lb = box of soup, container of protein mix, full bottle of water with secure lid
5lb = bag of flour
8lb = gallon jug or laundry detergent
10lb+ = boxed wine or tote bags filled with cans
Resistance band = stretchy pair of pants
Ball = small throw pillow or paper towel roll
